The materials you will need are:
Yellow or good nail varnish
Blue nail vanish
White nail varnish
Red or orange nail art pen
Blue or black nail art pen
Sticky tape
First of all, start with a plain nail.
Next, add a bottom layer of yellow,
Stick a small piece of sticky tape onto the top half of the nail with the straight edge facing down, as so.
Paint the bottom half blue, and don’t worry about being a little messy.
